Shipping (US Domestic)

We ship all orders out the same business day if placed before 4pm EST. Most orders are shipped USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Larger packages are shipped UPS which can take 1-7 days for delivery depending on location.

All domestic orders are $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping.
On domestic orders, if an item is lost or damaged in transit we will reship at no additional cost. If an item is lost in transit it is not eligible for a refund, but it is eligible for a reshipment.

Once an item is scanned delivered in the US or military destination it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a free reshipment.

Returns Policy (US Domestic)
Domestic customers may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items that have been opened are not eligible for return. All orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All International sales are final and not eligible for refund.
All other items must be returned at customer expense unopened and undamaged for a credit to be issued. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for approval using the contact us form.
Store credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.
Refunds will only be issued to the card used. Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged merchandise. Any and all shipping cost are non refundable.
Any items lost or damaged during return shipping process are non refundable.
When shipping return item(s) the package must have delivery confirmation or we cannot guarantee that your items will be credited. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any items returned to us by the carrier because customer was not available to receive the package or due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on cost to reship.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fees.
Orders in which delivery has been refused will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Lost Packages

Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the Domestic United States are eligible for reshipment. Please contact us using the contact us form. At that time we will open an investigation, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost at that point, we will reship the order at no added cost.

Shipping & Returns Policy (International)

We can ship your favorite Olympus Labs items to virtually any address in the world.

All International orders shipping is calculated based off of order weight which will be calculated before checkout. All orders will be shipped out the same business day if placed before 4pm EST. Tracking will be automatically provided once your items have been shipped. Most items are shipped either using our freight forwarder, USPS, or UPS.

On international orders, customer accepts that it is his/her responsibility for the package to deliver once the item has been shipped from the designated OL warehouse. All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be handled on a package to package basis, lost items will be deemed customers responsibility and damaged packages will be reshipped only.

We have a very high success rate shipping internationally. Nearly 99% packages shipped internationally are successfully delivered, but we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery.

Important Restrictions

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in your country and what is not. We are not responsible for confiscation's from customs agents and we will not misrepresent the contents on the custom forms. We will not assume any liability once the package reaches customs and beyond.

Please check the customs office or health department of your country to be sure of anything you order before attempting to import it. For example, Australia's list of prohibited imports is found here, Canada's list of prohibited imports is found here, the European Union Guidelines are found here, and the database for prohibited imports can be accessed here for the UK.

We pre-screen each and every individual pending international order for legal compliance using that countries legal database for eligibility of export, which depends on the legal status of products you ordered. We maintain a prohibited item list for each country which we update every quarter and are subscribed to notifications amongst some of the most popular databases.  Your order will be cancelled if you willfully/unknowingly order products not eligible for import in your country and will be notified via email.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

Olympus Labs will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license and will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. Olympus Labs will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility; we of course will help you to the best of our knowledge. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of condition.
